Elysian Golf’s corporate division runs select corporate golf days, provides access to full extended hospitality packages for major championships, makes arrangements for golfing professionals to attend corporates’ own events, advises on sponsorship deals relating to professionals on the European Tour, Challenge Tour and Ladies European Tour, and assists with sponsorship and hosting arrangements for tournaments.
David went to on to say, “We’re delighted to have been selected as the WCGC license holder for Scotland and England which is testament to our ability to deliver exceptional golf experiences.”
Elysian Golf will be running their National Finals in September 2014 where teams will battle it out to represent their company and country at the 2015 World Final.
“It’s exciting to be representing World Corporate Golf Challenge in the UK where the event was originally founded. Our National Finals in 2014 will be held on the Ailsa Course at Turnberry Resort in Scotland (venue for four Open Championships) at the beginning of September and our joint team is looking forward to an exciting event”, said David Bailey.
Jose Guerra, WCGC Chairman said, “The UK has long been a very important market for the WCGC for a number of reasons, not least the fact that the event first started in the UK back in 1993. We have been searching for the right partner to revive the event in England and Scotland, and are delighted to have finally found that with Elysian Golf. David and Elysian Golf have a proven track record in running corporate golf days and their wealth of contacts will no doubt bring them success with this event. We wish them the best of luck.”
