Founded in 1908, Stoke Park is the perfect place to enjoy life in a five star and friendly atmosphere. The Championship course, designed by Harry Colt, encircles the 300 acre Buckinghamshire estate and is regularly voted one of the finest parkland courses in the country. The first PGA Matchplay tournament was played at Stoke Park in 1910 and the course provided inspiration for the renowned 16th hole at Augusta National.
Stuart Collier, Director of Golf at Stoke Park, said “We are thrilled to have been selected as the host venue for the England Final of the World Corporate Golf Challenge. Our pedigree in providing golf experiences for the corporate sector is strong and will be enhanced further by this appointment.”
David Bailey, Chairman of Elysian Golf, said “We’ve had a relationship with Stoke Park for over five years now and they never fail to deliver. The golf course is rated amongst the top parkland courses in England and the venue is ideal for that important mix of business networking and tournament golf in a relaxed setting.”
