The WCGC 2014/15 season got off to a great start on the 25th July 2014 with the first event taking place in Wales. The Wales WCGC qualifier took place at Whitchurch Golf Club in Cardiff and was attended by over 100 corporates all taking part in the Chemical Corporation UK Ltd Charity Golf Day.
The event was once again a huge success, with the top three going through to the playoff later in the year, to see who will represent Chemical Corporation UK Ltd and Wales at the 2015 WCGC World Final.
The top three corporate golfers were as follows:
1st: Gary Marshallsea playing off 8
2nd: Brent O’ Neill playing off scratch
3rd: James Williams playing off scratch
Prizes were awarded by 6 times world champion snooker player Ray Reardon and guests were entertained by X Factor finalist James Williams and International rugby player Martyn Williams MBE .
