World Corporate Golf Challenge are delighted to confirm JGOLF 18.0 in Spain have signed as the newest license holders of the world’s largest corporate golf event. This will see them officially launch the WCGC Spain in 2016. The winning corporate team will go on to represent their company and Spain at the 2016 World Final in Cascais.

Spain-01JGOLF 18.0 Director General, Javier Gervás Wells said, “The World Corporate Golf Challenge is a superb concept where amateurs can compete at team level representing companies, and has developed a fantastic platform to create and stretch business relationships while making great golf friends. The WCGC has been very successful in Spain up until 2010 and we are determined to make the World Corporate Golf Challenge grow to those figures. 2016 will be the re-launch in Spain and we will implement our philosophy to grow slowly but steadily, maintaining a high standard and the prestige that this event has developed since 1993”.

Jose Guerra, WCGC Chairman said, “We are really excited about signing the WCGC license in Spain with JGolf. Spain has long been a very successful market for the WCGC and we are delighted to be working with a company that has all of the experience needed to once again make the WCGC a great success in Spain. The WCGC are really looking forward to seeing the event grow with this latest partnership”.

JGOLF 18.0 is a sports promotion company, specialised in golf and tennis with over 25 years experience in the marketing and organisation of golf events at all levels. They work with the National Golf Federation organising the Spanish National professional Championship as well as the regional Federations and currently promote the Three Alps Tour Events that take place in Spain and also two Challenge Tour Events of the European Tour. They are founders of the golf mascot Oso Bogey or Bogey Bear with the objective of making kids enjoy the sport and also promote golf to the general public. They promote a Kids Tour with Bogey Bear and also produce a television programme shown on Movistar+. Corporate days and general golf consultancy work is also part of our daily work having organised more than 300 golf events over the years. They also promote the Peugeot Tennis Tour and also Peugeot Family Tennis days.
