After a very tough and close competition, The Inventor Solutions having players Mr. Zain Tahir & Mr. Muhammad Babar Khokhar won the National Final of WCGC Pakistan. Babar & Zain were 8 strokes behind the leaders after day-1; they covered the strokes and clinched the title of National Final of WCGC Pakistan for the second consecutive year.
Mr. Sardar Yousaf and Mr. Haider Attique from Aplha International looked very strong till the last holes of the National Final of WCGC Pakistan 2017. Alpha International was the overnight leaders for the National Final. Unfortunately, they finished two strokes short of the winners. Haider was playing with a great form; he gave a real tough time to the opponents. Sardar also birdied the last hole to finish close to the winners.
Dhamco having Mr. Hassan Zafar and Mr. Farid Buttar was at the 2nd slot after day-1. Start of Day-2 by Dhomco was outstanding, as they covered a few strokes in starting few holes. Eventually, Dhamco finished third for the National Final of WCGC Pakistan.
Portuguese Chargé d’ Affairs, H.E Mr. Joao Sabido Costa was the Chief Guest at the Award Ceremony of World Corporate Golf Challenge Pakistan. Teams from all over the Pakistan participated in the National Final of WCGC Pakistan.
Chairman WCGC Pakistan, Wing Commander (Retd.) I N Khokhar commented that National Final of WCGC Pakistan finished in an interesting manner. Winning team of WCGC Pakistan has a good chance to finish in top slots of World Final 2017 to be held at Cascais, Portugal.
