About WCGC

The World Corporate Golf Challenge is arguably the most established global “Business to Business” golf tournament open to top-level executives around the world who share a passion for golf.

Players are ABC1, business executives with substantial purchasing power, aged 30-60 and 90% male. Companies represented come from a variety of industry sectors.

Local, regional and national tournaments are organized and promoted by licensed partners in different continents around the globe. More than 35 countries will be represented at the World Finals by top-level executives from a wide range of industries.

The top national team represent their country and company at the World Final for the chance to be crowned World Champions.

It’s a great pleasure for me to be here in the World Corporate Golf Challenge because of my passion of golf and because I could involve my Foundation and try to get some founds to give back to the projects for a lot of kids here in Portugal

I got here on Monday and it was so amazing when I arrived here and during the function on Wednesday evening I met a few president and then sport personalities which is amazing with the business people together… what a combination it’s amazing to thing thus far in the world of sport. I met new friends and that’s important to me how sport have always been people together in different ways and one of them today was golf

Just wanted to say what a great event you had this year.Having been associated with the tournament for several years now, i can see how it has grown and grown. The team should be very proud of what has been achieved.I’m sure it has been very hard work along the way; but now you can really see the benefit. The enthusiasm shown by everyone is plain to see; staff, guests, clients, competitors alike. I am delighted to add something to the mix!

I know how important this event is around the world, and specially to be in the Final here in Cascais. It’s a legendary moment for me, a very importan moment for me. Even if we do different sports, we have different nationalities, we’re reunited by the same passion to see we have the same values. Thanks to World Corporate Golf Challenge to reunite us here… it’s a wonderful thing

There is a lot of interest in business around this event and I think is a great idea, golf is the perfect vehicle to get this done. Also, some of these Sport Legends were my heroes, and to see them in my game, trying to play golf, is a wonderful feeling.
