We speak with WCGC Colombia License Holder Juan Morales, to discuss the business background that made FROSCH to get involved in the World Corporate Golf Challenge.
What is your business background where did all start?
FROSCH is a US Travel Management Company born in 1972. It is wholly owned by the Leibman family and 10 years ago they decided to expand globally to be able to service clients around the world. We are focused on Corporate Travel and Luxury Leisure Travel. Our main pillars are service excellence and always delivering the unexpected to our clients. In Colombia we have our own Golf tourism branch which has been a huge success as it speaks directly to our two main markets: Corporate and Luxury.
How did you get involved with World Corporate Golf Challenge and what was it about WCGC capture your attention?
We knew that WCGC was recognized globally for being the best Corporate tournament in the World and when we saw their philosophy, we knew it aligned completely with what we do and who we are.
Do you think you can export the keys of your success to other countries and markets?
Sure. There are a lot of Latin American markets that behave the same way as Colombia so I’m sure it can be done.
Do you think Golf teaches a lesson in life? Absolutely. Golf is one of the most difficult sports to be good at and it requires a lot of dedication and perseverance. It also exemplifies values such as Discipline, Respect, Honesty and Sportsmanship.
How do you rate the WCGC World Final experience from the players point of view?
We think its an incredible experience. The opportunity to get to know and network with people who share this passion for Golf as well as a corporate vision is amazing. Plus the event is so well done that its an example of excellence for all.
